We accept returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Returns are acceptable if a customer receives a wrong or flawed item. The customer will receive store credit as a form of refund, which can be used for any item we have in stock. To initiate a return, please email us at support@444nyc.shop with your order number and reason for return. The customer will be responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you with a store credit code. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit.

 

Exchanges are acceptable if a customer receives a wrong size. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@444nyc.shop with your order number and reason for exchange. The customer will be responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will ship the requested size free of charge. 

 

Please remember we are only responsible for your item until we ship it. Once you receive your tracking number by email, the package is in the hands of a shipping carrier and we cannot control the status of your shipment.
